Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month unless it falls on a holiday
Meeting is then held on Tuesday
Location of all council meetings is the Colona City Hall 100 E. 9th Ave in the Council Chambers.
Meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
The Public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
If you wish to address the Council on a particular subject, you may submit a request in writing by 4:00 p.m. the Thursday before the scheduled meeting to the Acting City Clerk or complete a Public Comment Card at the meeting.
Agenda will be available to view by 4:30 pm on the Friday before the scheduled meeting at City Hall or on the website
Public Comment Guidelines
Public Comment portion of the meeting limited to 15 minutes
Number of speakers limited to five (5)
Each speaker gets three (3) minutes to address the City Council
