• Reading of water meters
• Sending out water/sewer/refuse bills every month
• Registering contractors and selling building permits 
• Notary services
• Selling yard sale permits, yard waste, furniture, and appliance stickers
• Accounts payable and payroll for the city
• Voter Registration
