Comprehensive Plan
The City of Colona updated its Comprehensive Plan in 2026 with the assistance of Bi-State Regional Commission.
The Comprehensive Plan is an important planning tool for the city to guide the city in decisions regarding land use, public infrastructure and services, public facilities, growth, development and level of public investment needed to meet future community needs.
