🚨 ITB - Asphalt Mill, Overlay & Parking Lot Striping 🚨

The City of Colona is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for milling and resurfacing the asphalt parking lot at City Hall, including re-striping and ADA-compliant signage/markings. The project area is approximately 15,000 square feet; contractors must field- verify all measurements and existing conditions. All work shall comply with applicable laws and standards, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, MUTCD, ADA, and City procurement policies.   Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Monday, March 2, 2026, at:

BID documents may be obtained beginning February 12, 2026, at City Hall or online at www.colonail.com. Written questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Responses will be posted by February 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened on March 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM. All envelopes must be clearly marked: “PARKING LOT BID – DO NOT OPEN”
