The City of Colona Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on:

🕓 4:30 p.m.
📍 Colona City Hall, 100 E. 9th Avenue

The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) known as “Cottages at Greenwood.” The proposed development is located in the undeveloped portion of the Greenwood Addition along Chestnut Drive and has been submitted by DLM Properties.
