Pet Information
Pet tags for 2020 to 2021 are now on sale and can be purchased at the Colona Police Department. Pet tags for spayed or neutered cats and dogs are $5.00. Pet tags for cats and dogs that are not spayed or neutered are $10.00.
Please bring proof of rabies vaccination and documentation from your veterinarian stating if your pet has been spayed or neutered.
Please remember to provide shelter and plenty of water for your outside dogs.
Please do not let your cats out to explore the outdoors. It is an Ordinance Violation and it puts them in danger of disease, roadway, and other hazards. Keep them in and keep them safe!
If you have lost a pet or are interested in adopting a cat or dog, call the Colona Police Department at 309-792-1511 or 309-792-0626 during the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
