Pavilion Rentals

Our enclosed Pavilion provides a charming and functional space for seasonal gatherings. While the Pavilion does not have heat or air conditioning, it features a cozy wood fireplace and offers access to an outdoor patio and grill for your enjoyment.

• Enclosed Pavilion (no heat or A/C)

• Wood-burning fireplace

• Outdoor patio and grill

• Ten 6-foot picnic tables

• One refrigerator provided

Rental Rates

• $100 minimum for two hours

• $160 for four hours

• $240 for eight hours

• $450 for all-day rental (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)

• $100 security deposit required at the time of booking
